We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support our marketing team and drive online growth across our brands.
Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, creative, and experienced in managing multi-channel digital campaigns within a fast-paced, multi-industry environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM).
- Manage and maintain paid advertising campaigns (PPC, display ads, retargeting).
- Monitor and improve website performance, SEO rankings, and user experience.
- Create and manage content calendars in coordination with the Social Media Specialist and Content Creator.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
- Support in lead generation strategies and conversion optimization.
- Collaborate with the Graphic Designer and Content Creator to ensure engaging digital content.
- Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
Requirements
- Nationality: Arabic national preferred
- Location: Based in Qatar (or willing to relocate)
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Proven experience in retail, automotive, or industrial sectors is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of:
- Google Ads & Analytics
- SEO/SEM best practices
- Social media advertising platforms
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar platforms
- Experience working in a multi-brand or holding group environment
