Role Overview & Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will lead the Performance & Digital Division, taking full ownership of our digital footprint across three companies. Your focus will be on driving measurable growth through the following pillars:
Campaign Management & Optimization: End-to-end execution of paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Budget & ROI Oversight: Efficiently allocating spend across multiple brands, ensuring high ROAS and maintaining strict budget discipline.
Technical Analytics: Managing GTM, GA4, and Meta Pixel implementations to ensure 100% data integrity and accurate conversion tracking.
SEO Strategy: Enhancing our organic visibility through keyword research and technical on-page optimizations.
Performance Reporting: Providing actionable insights through weekly/monthly reports on CPL, CTR, and lead quality.
