- Plan, build, launch, and optimize Facebook and Instagram paid ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager
- Build and manage custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting funnels to re-engage website visitors
- Track and report on key performance metrics weekly: ROAS, CPC, CTR, CAC, and conversion rate
- Run continuous A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to reduce cost-per-acquisition
- Brief or create ad visuals and copy (static images, reels, carousel ads) that speak to diet, wellness, and health-conscious audiences
- Drive qualified traffic to leanfreshkitchen.com and work with us to improve landing page conversion rates
- Grow our Instagram and Facebook presence through paid and organic activity
- Stay on top of Meta algorithm updates, new ad formats, iOS/privacy changes, and competitor strategies
- Set up and maintain Meta Pixel and Conversion API for accurate tracking
