Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated individual to help assist our firm in enhancing our digital footprint. This is a vital, mid-level role within our commercial real estate firm, ideal for a capable professional who can support our team by managing property marketing efforts and executing high-quality digital campaigns that drive results for our brokerage and investment ventures.
We are prioritizing individuals who bring a strong work ethic, an eye for professional design, and high technical proficiency. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end marketing of our commercial property listings, utilizing digital platforms and targeted marketing packages to position our inventory effectively in the market.
Core Responsibilities
- AI Integration & Optimization: Utilize advanced AI tools (such as Gemini, ChatGPT, or specialized real estate AI) to streamline content creation, assist in drafting property descriptions, and enhance overall marketing productivity.
- Property Listing Management: Manage and optimize property listings across major platforms like LoopNet, CoStar, and Crexi to ensure maximum exposure and data accuracy.
- Email Marketing & Campaigns: Design and deploy targeted email blasts for new listings, property updates, and market reports using platforms such as Constant Contact or Mailchimp.
- Social Media Strategy: Manage our corporate LinkedIn presence, creating high-quality organic content and targeted ads to highlight inventory and company milestones.
- Graphic Design & Collateral: Create high-end marketing packages, offering memorandums (OMs), property flyers, and digital presentations.
- Website Management: Maintain the company website, including updating active listing databases and managing landing pages for specific assets.
- Project Oversight: Coordinate the marketing lifecycle of a property from the initial listing through to the closing announcement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in marketing, design, or a related business field. Real estate experience is a significant plus but not required.
- Software & Tech Proficiency:
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically InDesign).
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for managing property data and documentation.
- Strong aptitude for utilizing AI platforms to enhance workflow and content quality.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and CMS (e.g., WordPress).
- Communication: Exceptional copywriting and proofreading skills; must be comfortable translating property data into compelling marketing copy.
- Professionalism: As this is not an entry-level position, we are looking for a candidate who can work independently, solve problems proactively, and represent our firm with a high degree of professional polish.
