Digital Arena Marketing Specialist

You will represent Billboard Magazine's 2026 Top East Coast Arena to a global audience of concert-goers and event fans capturing moments, building community, and telling the Kaseya Center story every day. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The following are examples of the various functions required. The job requirements are not limited to the items on this list.

• Own the daily content calendar for Kaseya Center social media ideating, creating, scheduling, and publishing across Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook
• Serve as the on-the-ground content creator at concerts and events, capturing real-time moments that drive engagement and attendance
• Develop and execute fan engagement activations, onsite and offsite, that deepen the event-day experience and support lead generation goals
• Support artist hospitality coordination to elevate the backstage experience and build relationships that benefit the venue's reputation
• Showcase Kaseya Center food, beverage, and in-venue experiences through compelling content that drives on-site spend and shareability
• Partner with the Content and Creative Services teams to ensure all Kaseya Center output is on-brand, consistent, and aligned with the broader HEAT Group voice
• Partner with Senior Manager of Arena Marketing to support in all show and event announces, presales and onsales
• Organize all announce and onsale timelines, supporting Arena Enterprise team in staying up to date on all dates and information
• Operate independently in driving day-to-day content and marketing efforts for Kaseya Center, with support available from the broader social media team as needed.
• Collaborate with the web team to surface event-related content opportunities and updates for KaseyaCenter.com.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; or 2–3 years of experience in social media, brand marketing, or live entertainment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Hands-on experience managing brand accounts on Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook. Photography skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, or CapCut) a plus.
