About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing & AI Integration manage ACRC Global’s digital marketing strategy, execution, and performance optimization across paid Ads, SEO, website management, lead tracking, and conversion funnels. This role is responsible for driving qualified leads, including intended parents, surrogates, and donors, through coordinated multi-channel campaigns while continuously improving conversion rates, user experience, and return on investment. This position also plays a key role in the development and integration of AI-driven tools and solutions to improve marketing efficiency, automation, personalization, and scalability. The ideal candidate combines strong digital marketing expertise with analytical thinking, systems management capabilities, and a proactive approach to innovation and growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.

- Fluent in English and Mandarin is preferred
Preferred Skills
- Experience with WIX, Go High Level, Lark, SEMrush, Supabase, and related digital marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with AI platform development, AI agents, or no-code/low-code automation systems.
- Experience in healthcare, fertility, family-building, or lead-generation-driven service industries is a plus.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Strategy and Execution
- Plan, launch, and manage digital marketing campaigns across web, SEO, PPC, SEM, email, database marketing, display advertising, Meta, Google, and other relevant channels.
- Align campaigns with monthly lead generation and consultation KPIs.
- Develop audience targeting strategies to improve lead quality and campaign efficiency.
Keyword, Ad, and Audience Optimization
- Conduct keyword research and ongoing optimization, including positive and negative keyword management.
- Refresh ad headlines, descriptions, creatives, and audience segments based on performance and search intent.
- Reduce irrelevant traffic and improve qualified lead generation through continuous campaign refinement.
Social Media and Content Promotion
- Design, build, maintain, and support ACRC Global’s social media presence across relevant platforms.
- Coordinate boosted webinar posts, video content promotion, and LinkedIn blog distribution.
- Support content visibility through strategic posting and cross-channel promotion.
Performance Analytics and Reporting
- Track, measure, analyze, and report campaign performance on a weekly basis.
- Evaluate KPIs, ROI, conversion rates, and lead quality across channels.
- Make data-driven recommendations regarding campaign scaling, pausing, ending, or launching.
Growth Strategy and Testing
- Brainstorm and implement new digital growth initiatives to improve acquisition and conversion.
- Run experiments, A/B tests, and conversion optimization tests across campaigns, landing pages, and user journeys.
- Explore emerging platforms, technologies, and acquisition channels for surrogate, intended parent, and donor audiences.
Website, Landing Pages, and User Experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to create, update, and optimize landing pages and website content.
- Improve site structure, messaging, calls to action, and overall user experience.
- Identify friction points and optimize the customer journey from first click through lead submission.
Funnel and Marketing Automation Optimization
- Evaluate the full customer experience across touchpoints and identify conversion gaps and drop-off points.
- Optimize lead funnels, workflows, and automations within Go High Level and connected systems.
- Improve marketing process efficiency through better tracking, automation, and system logic.
Competitor and Market Research
- Conduct ongoing competitor and market analysis within the digital marketing and AI space.
- Monitor competitor positioning, campaigns, messaging, product features, and channel strategy.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for growth, differentiation, and user acquisition.
SEO and Content Visibility
- Support SEO efforts through blog publishing, metadata optimization, keyword implementation, backlink development, and press release coordination.
- Manage WIX SEO settings and optimize content for search visibility and AI-driven discovery.
- Ensure content is properly structured and published to support organic traffic growth.
Lead Tracking and Marketing Operations
- Monitor incoming leads across Go High Level, Lark trackers, WIX, and campaign platforms.
- Maintain weekly and monthly reports on lead outcomes, campaign performance, and KPI progress.
- Support cross-functional communication and follow-up with internal stakeholders and marketing partners.
System Development, Maintenance, and Integration
- Develop, manage, and maintain the company’s marketing and operational technology stack.
- Build and improve workflows, automations, and integrations across platforms such as Lark, Go High Level, Supabase, and related tools.
- Ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and optimized for performance and data flow.
AI Integration and Innovation
- Lead the implementation and integration of AI-driven tools to improve marketing performance and operational efficiency.
- Use AI solutions for automation, content generation, data analysis, customer engagement, and workflow optimization.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify practical applications to improve personalization, productivity, and campaign effectiveness.
- Support the development and enhancement of the company’s AI agent platform and related AI initiatives.
Key Operational Expectations
- Monitor Meta, Google, and other active campaigns regularly and provide weekly analytics updates.
- Review weekend surrogate lead volume and geographic trends each Monday and share updates with the Digital Marketing team.
- Maintain accurate weekly and monthly tracking documents for campaign performance, lead outcomes, and KPI progress.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams as needed.
- Publish and maintain website content in WIX, including blogs and SEO settings before publication.
- Monitor competitors and industry activity using tools such as SEMrush and Meta Ads Library.
- Continuously optimize campaigns, creatives, audiences, funnels, and automations to improve ROI and lead quality.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and proactively recommend automation or process improvements.
