We are looking for a versatile Digital Marketing Specialist who wears multiple hats. You will be the engine behind our brand's online presence, bridging the gap between creative storytelling and performance marketing. You will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content (graphics and video), managing our social communities, and running paid ad campaigns to convert that engagement into results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management (Organic):

  • Develop and execute a monthly content calendar across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Write compelling captions and copy that aligns with our brand voice.
  • Engage with the community (responding to comments and DMs) to foster brand loyalty.
  • Track organic growth metrics and adjust content strategy based on what is trending.

2. Content Creation (Video & Design):

  • Video Editing: Edit fast-paced, engaging short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) and long-form content. Proficiency in adding captions, transitions, and trending audio is essential.
  • Graphic Design: Design eye-catching social media posts, stories, ad creatives, thumbnails, and banners using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
  • Ensure all visual assets maintain consistent branding and aesthetics.

3. Paid Marketing (Performance):

  • Set up, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads/TikTok Ads.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives (testing videos vs. static images) and audiences to lower CPC/CPA.
  • Manage the monthly advertising budget to ensure maximum ROI/ROAS.
  • Generate weekly reports on ad performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or high-level proficiency in Canva.
  • Video Tools: Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or mobile editors like CapCut/InShot.
  • Ad Platforms: Proven experience managing budgets inside Meta Ads Manager (Portfolio/Case studies required).
  • Soft Skills: Strong aesthetic sense, excellent time management, and the ability to work independently.

  • CapCut / Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Canva / Adobe Photoshop
  • Meta Business Suite
  • ChatGPT/Claude (for copywriting assistance)
