The Junior Digital Marketing Specialist supports the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing activities across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in digital media, analytics, and online brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign Support

Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, web, and paid platforms.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of content and campaign materials.

Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly performance reports.
Content & Social Media

Support social media calendar planning and daily posting across platforms.

Assist in creating basic content (captions, visuals coordination, simple edits).

Track engagement levels and flag opportunities for improvement.
Analytics & Reporting

Extract and analyze data from platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and others.

Prepare insights and recommendations based on campaign results.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, Communication, or related field.

Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.

Familiarity with social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO is a plus.
