Digital Marketing Specialist I

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to manage AMETEK’s web presence and digital campaigns. This role focuses on paid media campaign execution, website management using Sitecore CMS and SEO strategy, ensuring optimal user experience and measurable marketing ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media & Digital Campaigns

• Plan and execute paid search and display campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms.
• Map out customer journey touchpoints and ensure content is planned from lead generation on.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI.
• Collaborate with Business Units to align paid media with overall campaign marketing goals - (example CTAs to drive lead gen vs. awareness).
• Work cross functionally to ensure all assets and copy align fully with the differentiated value proposition.

Website Management (Sitecore CMS)

• Manage and maintain content on Sitecore CMS, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content for landing pages, blogs, and product pages.
• Conduct regular content audits for relevance and optimization.

SEO Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings.
• Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits.
• Optimize metadata, URLs, and internal linking for better crawlability.
• Stay updated on algorithm changes and best practices.

Analytics & Reporting

• Use Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Power BI for performance tracking.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Event Marketing Support

• Coordinate digital activation for events, including pre-event and post-event campaigns.
• Leverage email, social media, and paid channels for event promotion.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, with strong expertise in SEO, Sitecore CMS, and paid media.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Tag Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush).
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce/Pardot preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
