Digital Marketing Specialist - In bound lead generation

About Role:

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing & Inbound Lead Generation Specialist to join our Gurgaon office. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with experience in the IT services industry, strong knowledge of CRM and ERP solutions, and hands-on expertise in generating high-quality inbound leads through digital channels.

You will play a critical role in driving demand for IT consulting, CRM implementations, and ERP solutions by attracting, nurturing, and converting inbound prospects into qualified sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Lead Generation & Demand Generation

  • Develop and execute inbound lead generation strategies for IT services, CRM, and ERP offerings
  • Generate qualified inbound leads via SEO, content marketing, paid ads, email campaigns, and landing pages
  • Build and optimize lead funnels to convert website traffic into MQLs and SQLs
  • Target IT decision-makers including CIOs, CTOs, Heads of IT, Sales, and Operations

Digital Marketing Execution

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting campaigns
  • Plan and execute content-driven campaigns (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, lead magnets)
  • Coordinate with sales and consulting teams to align messaging with IT buyer pain points
  • Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and CTAs to improve conversion rates

CRM & Marketing Automation

  • Work extensively with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
  • Design and manage lead capture, scoring, and nurturing workflows
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure seamless lead handoff to sales
  • Track lead lifecycle from first touch to opportunity creation

Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor and report on lead volume, CPL, conversion rates, and campaign ROI
  • Use insights and data to continuously optimize marketing performance
  • Share regular performance reports with management

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience in inbound digital marketing within the IT industry
  • Strong understanding of CRM and ERP solutions and B2B IT buying cycles
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Practical knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, and funnel optimization
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing B2B IT services or SaaS products
  • Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Experience working with global or US-based clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
