Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing specialist -Male to join our team in Kochi. This role is ideal for early-career professionals with a solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and strong English communication skills, who are eager to gain hands-on experience across multiple digital channels.

The role follows a hybrid work model, requiring Hybrid – 3 days from the Kochi office and the remaining days working from home

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media and online channels
• Support the creation of engaging content for social media posts, ads, and basic digital creatives
• Manage and monitor social media platforms, engagement, and online promotions
• Assist with basic SEO activities and support paid campaigns (Google Ads, social ads, etc.)
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports and insights
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign execution
• Communicate clearly with team members and, when required, clients

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, SMM, Google Ads, and content marketing
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and digital tools
• Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude
• Willingness to work in aHybrid – 3 days from the Kochi office and the remaining days working from home
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Male candidates preferred
