Digital Marketing Specialist (On-Site)

We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding company looking for a talented and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen and scale our online presence. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in social media management, paid advertising, SEO, Google Ads, and a solid understanding of end-to-end digital marketing strategies.

Position Overview

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across multiple platforms. You will design and implement strategies to build brand visibility, attract quality leads, and drive conversions through innovative marketing approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Plan, launch, and monitor paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube
• Optimize ad performance for higher ROI and reduced cost per acquisition
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to boost organic rankings
• Oversee Google Ads, Display Ads, and Retargeting initiatives
• Design and implement engaging content strategies tailored to digital platforms
• Track performance metrics and prepare detailed analytical reports
• Keep up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Expertise

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a related role
• Strong hands on knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
• In-depth understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing techniques
• Familiarity with email marketing, remarketing, and automation tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data
• Up-to-date knowledge of social media strategies and trends
• Excellent communication, creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
