We are seeking a performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist / PPC Specialist with strong expertise in paid media and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing high-performing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and SEM to drive measurable growth and high-quality conversions.
Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns
• Develop and manage data-driven PPC strategies to maximize ROI
• Drive qualified lead generation through paid and organic channels
• Implement SEO & SEM strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking
• Monitor campaign budgets, KPIs, CTR, CPC, CPA, and overall conversion performance
• Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and creatives to improve results
• Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights

Requirements
3-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, specifically PPC and performance marketing
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

• Proven hands-on experience in PPC, SEO, SEM, and Paid Social Media Marketing
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels, audience targeting, and campaign optimization
• Experience with analytics and tracking tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, etc.)
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and reporting skillsExposure to international campaigns and growth-oriented projects will be considered a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
