Digital Marketing Specialist - Real Estate

Job Description:

Roswalt Realty is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in digital lead generation and organic marketing strategies. The candidate should have a proven track record in driving high-quality leads and improving online presence for real estate projects through SEO, paid campaigns, and organic growth initiatives.

This role is focused on hands-on execution of digital campaigns — no team handling required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects.
• Drive organic traffic & lead generation through SEO, content marketing, and social media optimization.
• Manage performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
• Create and optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and marketing content to improve lead conversion.
• Track, measure, and analyze performance using Google Analytics, CRM & automation tools.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead flow & conversion tracking.
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends, AI tools, and real estate marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of digital marketing experience (real estate industry preferred).
• Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and online lead generation.
• Strong knowledge of organic growth strategies and digital content optimization.
• Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM platforms.
• Creative mindset with excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
