We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong videography skills to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will lead digital marketing campaigns, create engaging content, and produce high-quality videos to strengthen our online presence and drive client engagement across all platforms.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Digital Marketing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with business goals across social media, email, website, and paid campaigns.
- Manage all digital channels including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google Ads.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on ROI, engagement, and lead generation.
- Optimize website content for SEO/SEM to improve online visibility and lead quality.
- Oversee the marketing budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and real estate market dynamics in Dubai.
Content Creation & Videography:
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photos for property listings, promotional campaigns, social media reels, and events.
- Create visually engaging and brand-aligned digital content to showcase properties and company achievements.
- Collaborate with the sales and property teams to capture on-site footage, client testimonials, and lifestyle videos.
- Manage and organize a library of digital assets for marketing use.
Leadership & Coordination:
- Coordinate and manage digital marketing projects from concept to execution.
- Work closely with management and internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and marketing alignment.
- Provide guidance to junior team members or external vendors as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate or property industry.
- Strong proficiency in social media marketing, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and content strategy.
- Hands-on experience with photography and videography (using DSLR, drone, or mobile), plus editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut).
- Creative mindset with excellent storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
