Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
- Manage SEM / Google Ads campaigns, including keyword selection, budget allocation, and performance optimization.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audit for continuous improvement.
- Optimize on-page elements: titles, meta tags, content, site structure, and landing pages.
- Develop effective paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.
- Track online performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
- Create or coordinate content (blogs, posts, case studies) aligned with SEO objectives.
- Improve local visibility through Google My Business optimization.
- Prepare monthly reports on performance, ROI, and suggestions for improvement.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and the marketing team for campaign execution.
- Stay updated with digital trends, SEO updates, and algorithm changes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in digital marketing, SEO & SEM (construction/real estate background is an advantage)
- Skills:
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console
- Knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz)
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS
- Good content writing and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
