Digital Marketing Specialist (TV Services)

Istanbul, Turkey

We are looking for a Digital Merketing Specialist for (TV Services). The role is based in our Gayrettepe office with a hybrid working model (4 days on-site, 1 day remote)

Job Description:


  • Growth and Revenue-Focused Marketing: Increase revenue and market share by achieving commercial targets such as new customer acquisition, upsell, and contracting through digital channels.
  • Campaign Management: Design, create, and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns to meet business objectives; manage the entire campaign lifecycle and monitor performance.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze website and mobile application conversion rates, and lead optimization efforts through A/B testing, user experience (UX) enhancements, and other best practices.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Measure campaign performance using analytical tools (Google Analytics GA4, Google Looker Studio, Adjust, Meta Ads Manager), prepare routine and ad-hoc reports, and present actionable insights.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Identify key opportunities in the market and industry by closely following market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys.
  • Digital Engagement: Drive communication and marketing initiatives to increase the penetration and adoption of digital services, applications, and value-added services among TV subscribers.
  • Business Development: Create new revenue models by establishing and managing partnerships with third parties and overseeing the marketing processes for these collaborations.


Qualifications:

  • Preferably a graduate from a reputable university in the field of Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably within the telecommunication, banking, or subscription-based services sectors.
  • Advanced knowledge and expertise in Google and Meta advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and their communication ecosystems.
  • Proven experience with performance measurement and analysis tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Looker Studio, and Adjust.
  • Experience in website user experience (UX), A/B testing, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
  • (Preferred) Experience using customer engagement and personalization platforms like Insider.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking, data interpretation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Personal Competencies: Prone to project-based work and effective teamwork. Target and result-oriented with strong time management, follow-up, and coordination skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • Language and Software Skills: Advanced level of English and high proficiency in MS Office programs.
