We are a leading manufacturer of commercial inflatable amusement equipment (bounce houses, water slides, obstacle courses, inflatable theme parks, and custom solutions) with 20+ years of experience. Headquartered in China with a growing US presence (WINSUN USA INC. in Anaheim, CA – US Branch & Warehouse: 1844 S Lewis St, Anaheim, CA 92805), we are on a mission to dominate the North American B2B market in 2026 by launching high-value “Inflatable Theme Park Solutions.” Our products power family entertainment centers, indoor parks, events, and more.
We are expanding our small but dynamic US team and seeking a creative, hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist who loves building websites, creating engaging social content, and driving B2B leads through visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management & Development (Primary Focus):
Maintain and optimize our main website (winsuninflatables.com) and launch/manage 2 new professional sites (product showcase + case studies/portfolio for theme parks).
Use Webflow (preferred) or WordPress to update content, build landing pages, add product catalogs, integrate forms (quote requests, consultations), and ensure mobile-responsive, fast-loading sites.
Handle basic SEO (on-page optimization, meta tags, alt text, schema for products), Google Analytics tracking, and performance improvements.
Collaborate with external developers/freelancers during initial builds, then take full ownership for ongoing updates and content refreshes.
Social Media & Content Creation:
Manage and grow our LinkedIn (primary B2B), Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube channels.
Create and schedule high-quality visual content: product photos/videos, 3D renders, installation timelapses, customer case studies, behind-the-scenes, and fun inflatable-themed reels/stories.
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with sales goals (e.g., promote theme park solutions, US warehouse stock, certifications).
Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, monitor mentions, and run targeted social campaigns to generate leads.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:
Run and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads focused on B2B audiences (park operators, event planners, entertainment venues).
Create email nurture sequences and lead magnets (e.g., “Free Inflatable Park Design Guide”).
Track KPIs (website traffic, leads, conversion rates, engagement) using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc., and provide weekly/monthly reports with recommendations.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work closely with China HQ marketing team (content sharing, bilingual support if needed) and US sales team to align digital efforts with revenue goals.
Support trade show prep (digital assets, follow-up campaigns).
Qualifications & Skills (What We’re Looking For)
2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with strong hands-on website management (Webflow, WordPress, or similar no-code/low-code platforms).
Proven social media skills (content creation, scheduling tools like Hootsuite/Buffer, community engagement).
Experience with visual-heavy B2B industries (manufacturing, equipment, entertainment, or similar) – bonus if you’ve worked with product catalogs or case studies.
Proficiency in tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva/Photoshop for quick edits, basic video editing (CapCut/Premiere).
Strong English writing & communication; creative eye for fun yet professional visuals (inflatable products are colorful and exciting!).
Data-driven mindset – you love turning numbers into actionable insights.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
Authorized to work in the US; Anaheim/Orange County area preferred for hybrid setup.
