We are seeking a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Strategist to develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on campaign management to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across paid search (Google Ads), social media (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), email, and display advertising.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Optimize landing pages and user funnels for conversion rate improvement.
  • Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and forecast ROI.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or related role.
  • Proven experience managing PPC, SEO, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot a plus.
