Digital Marketing Supervisor

The Digital Marketing Supervisor, (Organic Social Media), is responsible for pioneering and executing comprehensive organic social strategies that deliver measurable growth for key clients within the Health and Wellness market segment. This role focuses on translating client objectives into actionable social tactics designed to significantly increase online organic presence, expand audience reach, and cultivate deep community engagement. In addition, the Supervisor ensures cross-functional success by strategically collaborating with internal teams and external partners to align social efforts with broader digital campaign goals and strategic partnership objectives.


Responsibilities :

  • Create and execute a data-driven organic social media strategy aligned with brand voice, target audience, and business goals of clients and agency.
  • Assist in the collection of in-depth audience research to understand demographics, interests, and online behavior to tailor content accordingly.
  • Conduct industry/competitor analysis and stay up to date on social media trends and best practices to inform strategic planning.
  • Curate and direct the creation of high-quality, engaging content, and develop engaging social media copy across various social media platforms.
  • Develop and oversee organic social media content calendars, ensuring content is published consistently and adheres to client’s brand guidelines.
  • Analyze social media data and identify trends and insights to inform content strategy and campaign optimization.
  • Review community engagement by responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally on behalf of client social media accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure a unified brand experience across all channels.
  • Implement new social media tools and technologies to enhance team efficiency and campaign performance.
  • Assist in maintaining a high level of social media infrastructure, ensuring data security and platform integration.
  • Track and report on the overall performance of Social Media initiatives to measure success and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the research, writing and development of proposals and presentations.
  • Assist in creating estimations for proposals and projects.
  • Assist in leading a Social Media team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
  • Oversee the quality and accuracy of Social Media work, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and organizational standards.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members through daily feedback and other professional development opportunities.
  • Assist with internal guidance to the team to ensure projects are strategically aligned with the client’s expectations and executed within budget and timeline.


Qualifications :

  • 5-7 years of experience in social media marketing with a proven track record of driving success in organic growth.
  • Advanced level knowledge of social media algorithms and best practices for major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Advanced level knowledge of Social Media management tools (ie: Hootsuite, Sprinkler, Sprout, Emplify, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of the Healthcare and Wellness market segment, with examples of Social Media campaigns and tactics that increase audience and build community.
  • Advanced level knowledge of developing and implementing data-driven social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Success in analyzing social media data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable strategies that show measurable growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong understanding of brand voice and messaging.
  • Success in managing the creation and execution of engaging social media content (text, images, videos) with a focus on measurement and showing organic growth.
  • Success in managing complex social media campaigns across multiple social networks.
  • Success in implementation of social media tools, technology, measurement, and leveraging AI to increase efficiency.
  • Design thinking mindset and problem-solving skills with a deep focus on the user journey.
  • Advanced understanding of User Experience methodology and best practices. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and inspire clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Advanced understanding of digital marketing (web development, SEO, social media, strategic analytics, etc.) interconnectivity and best practices.
  • Ability to retain and build client relationships, including managing through challenges and adversity.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment managing multiple projects in different stages of completion.
  • High level of comfort with core business tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Proven track record of success in leading a team of digital marketing professionals.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and inspire senior leadership.
  • Advanced level leadership qualities, including strategic thinking, vision building, and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Understanding of building and managing strong relationships with cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • A positive, collaborative, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
