Position: Digital Marketing Team Lead (Performance Marketing, SEO, Website Management)

Salary: PKR 140,000 – 150,000

Position Summary

Emeralds Media is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Digital Operations Team Lead to manage and enhance all aspects of digital performance — including paid media campaigns, SEO strategies, and website management. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in multi-channel digital operations with strong technical and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).

Manage website updates, optimization, and ensure seamless functionality with consistent UI/UX.

Oversee SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, backlink building, and technical SEO.

Analyze campaign performance data and prepare detailed reports on ROI, conversions, and other key digital metrics.

Collaborate with creative, content, and development teams to ensure digital alignment with brand goals.

Supervise digital operations staff and coordinate with developers and marketing specialists.

Implement A/B testing, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and other performance enhancement strategies.

Stay updated on digital trends, platform changes, and evolving advertising policies.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).

Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, etc.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, or website backend management (preferred).

Excellent project management, leadership, and team coordination skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing operations, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record in managing SEO, paid marketing campaigns, and website performance.
