Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Team Lead to oversee online marketing activities, manage digital campaigns, and support brand growth. The ideal candidate will lead marketing initiatives across multiple channels while coordinating with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, email, and other online platforms.
• Lead and support the digital marketing team to ensure campaign success.
• Manage social media accounts and maintain consistent brand communication.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Oversee online advertising campaigns and optimize results.
• Support SEO efforts to improve website visibility and traffic.
• Research market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
• Coordinate with content, design, and other departments to deliver marketing projects on time.
• Track key marketing metrics and prepare performance reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Media Sciences, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, paid advertising, and SEO.
• Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
• Leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
