We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Team Lead & Google & Meta Ads Expert with strong SEO expertise to plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic marketing campaigns that drive measurable ROI and business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the digital marketing team while overseeing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.
• Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis for both paid and organic campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate detailed campaign reports, and recommend optimization strategies.
• Develop creative ad copy and visuals in coordination with the design team.
• Implement A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated on the latest advertising trends, SEO best practices, and platform policies.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently to achieve campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid and organic strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads campaigns, and SEO strategies.
• Deep understanding of SEO techniques, keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and content strategy.
• Strong knowledge of PPC strategies, bidding models, and conversion tracking.
• Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
• Certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or SEO is preferred but not mandatory.
