We’re a fast-growing digital marketing team helping car dealerships and automotive businesses win in today’s competitive search landscape. Our team specializes in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and data-driven performance marketing.

As we grow, we’re looking for a Technical Account Manager who can bridge the gap between strategy, performance, and client communication. Someone who thrives on solving problems, managing projects, and translating technical data into clear client insights.

The Role

The Technical Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, agendas and ensuring that client goals are met.

You’ll collaborate closely with our internal operations team (Operations and Account Managers) to ensure everything is properly aligned and optimized.

You’ll Be Working On:

Client Strategy & Communication – Lead weekly/monthly client calls, present campaign results, and ensure clients understand what’s driving performance.

Campaign Coordination – Work with our Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO teams to align strategy, troubleshoot issues, and ensure campaigns deliver measurable outcomes.

Project Management – Coordinate deliverables, manage timelines, and make sure no task falls through the cracks.

Insights & Optimization – Review reports, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements across campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills (comfortable leading Zoom/Google Meet client meetings).
  • Experience in digital marketing account management or a technical project management role.
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and GA4 tracking.
  • Basic understanding of Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, or data feeds is a plus.
  • Excellent organization and multi-tasking ability — able to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with automotive or e-commerce marketing.
  • Familiarity with Looker Studio, Merchant Center, or feed-based campaigns (PMax, VLA).
  • Understanding of data integrations, dynamic feeds, or campaign tracking setups.
