Digital Marketing Trainee

About the Role

We’re looking for a curious and motivated Digital Marketing Trainee to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want hands-on experience across digital channels like social media, SEO, content, email, and paid campaigns. You’ll learn by doing, with guidance from experienced marketers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
• Create and schedule content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Support SEO activities (keyword research, on-page optimization, basic reporting)
• Help draft content for blogs, emails, ads, and landing pages
• Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social insights
• Conduct basic market and competitor research
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and CRM updates
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, content, ads)
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar is a plus
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn, experiment, and take feedback
• Basic computer skills (MS Office / Google Workspace)

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Internship or certification in digital marketing
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads or Meta Ads
• Experience managing personal or college social media pages
• Interest in data, creativity, or growth marketing
