Codesy Consulting is a fast-growing software development agency working with U.S. startups and enterprises. We build web/mobile apps, deliver elite dedicated engineers, and create AI-driven solutions for global clients.

We’re expanding our marketing team and looking for a smart, energetic Marketing Trainee who’s hungry to learn, experiment, and grow.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work across multiple marketing functions and get hands-on training in:

Content & Social

• Assist in creating daily social media content (posts, carousels, short videos, stories)
• Help research trending topics, industry news, and content ideas
• Coordinate with designers, editors, and copywriters

Brand & Growth

• Support execution of marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and email
• Learn SEO basics and help with on-page/off-page tasks
• Assist in creating landing pages, case studies, and marketing assets
• Manage content scheduling and publishing calendar

Lead Generation Support

• Assist in researching potential leads or ICPs for outreach
• Help maintain marketing databases and CRM entries
• Coordinate with the SDR and Growth teams on campaigns

Admin & Coordination

• Handle day-to-day marketing operations
• Join meetings, take notes, follow up on tasks
• Track performance of posts and campaigns

• Not afraid to try new things and give ideas
• Team player with good time management
• Bonus: You know Canva, CapCut, Notion, or have basic design/editing skills

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
• Degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Business, or a related field
• Strong English reading/writing skills
• Interest in tech, startups, and digital marketing
• Ability to work onsite in a collaborative environment
