About the Role

We are looking for a focused and responsible Service & Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and updating important information related to our elevator manufacturing and after-sales services. Your work will directly support our service teams and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately enter customer, sales, and service data into company systems and databases

- Maintain detailed records of elevator installations, maintenance schedules, and service visits

- Process service reports, work orders, installation documents, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

- Check data for accuracy and completeness; report or correct any issues

- Organize digital and physical files such as technical drawings, service logs, and warranty records

- Coordinate with service technicians, sales teams, and customer service staff to keep information updated

- Track inventory of spare parts and update records when parts are used

- Support the preparation of reports on service performance and customer issues

- Respond to internal requests for customer and job history details

- Ensure all sensitive data is handled securely and remains confidential

- Perform regular data backups to protect important records

- Contribute to improving data accuracy and workflow efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 0 to 6 months of experience in a similar role
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a structured work environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
