E-Commerce Officer

Location: Landhi Industrial Area, Karachi

Responsibilities

• Update product listings, pricing, and images across online platforms.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with warehouse for timely orders.
• Track sales, prepare reports, and assist with online promotions.
• Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints.
• Coordinate with logistics and finance for smooth operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
• Knowledge of E-Commerce platforms.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant e-commerce experience.
