Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns to drive student inquiries and admissions.
- Design and manage lead generation funnels for courses using Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube, etc.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI and CPL (Cost Per Lead).
SEO & Website Optimization
- Improve website SEO ranking, monitor keywords, backlinks, and analytics.
- Coordinate with content/tech teams to ensure proper on-page and off-page optimization.
Social Media Marketing
- Create, post, and manage engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube.
- Run targeted ad campaigns to promote events, webinars, courses, and testimonials.
Email & WhatsApp Marketing
- Build and maintain student/parent databases.
- Design and send email & WhatsApp drip campaigns for promotions, nurturing, and re-engagement.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and CRM dashboards.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and suggest improvements.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.)
- Good knowledge of Canva / Photoshop / basic video editing tools
- Excellent content and copywriting skills for educational audience
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Leadsquared preferred)
- Strong analytical, reporting, and A/B testing skills
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or relevant field
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot (preferred)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
