We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Digital Marketing Trainer to lead and deliver high-quality training in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, Google Analytics, and more. As the Digital Marketing Trainer, you will provide engaging, hands-on lessons to students, helping them gain the practical skills they need to excel in the digital marketing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Training: Conduct digital marketing training sessions for individuals and groups in-person or online, based on course requirements.
- Curriculum Development: Create and update course materials, including presentations, exercises, quizzes, and assignments, ensuring they reflect current industry trends and tools.
- Interactive Learning: Develop interactive lessons with real-world case studies and examples, guiding students to build actionable digital marketing skills.
- Student Support: Provide mentorship and one-on-one support to students, helping them with specific challenges and guiding them through practical exercises.
- Assessment & Feedback: Assess students’ progress through quizzes, assignments, and projects. Provide constructive feedback to improve their understanding of digital marketing strategies.
- Stay Current: Keep up to date with the latest developments and best practices in digital marketing, ensuring that training content remains relevant and impactful.
- Collaborate: Work with other trainers and team members to ensure a consistent, high-quality learning experience for students across different subjects and courses.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Certifications in digital marketing (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint, etc.) are a strong plus.
- Experience: At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media management, email marketing, and analytics.
- Teaching or Training Experience: Previous experience in teaching or training digital marketing is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Proven Success: Demonstrated success in digital marketing campaigns and strategies across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts in a simple, engaging manner.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite, SEMrush, WordPress, etc.).
- Passion for Education: A genuine passion for teaching and helping others develop their skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to the varying learning styles and needs of students, offering individualized support.
