Job Description:

Netcraftz Edutech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Trainer to deliver hands-on training sessions for degree college students. The trainer should have strong practical knowledge and prior freelance or corporate training experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver instructor-led classroom training on Digital Marketing concepts
• Train students on SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing & Content Marketing
• Conduct practical sessions with real-time tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
• Design and follow structured training modules and lesson plans
• Share industry use cases, live examples, and case studies
• Conduct assignments, quizzes, and mini-projects
• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback
• Coordinate with the academic team and college coordinators
• Ensure course completion within scheduled timelines

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing & Analytics
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Manager
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to train beginners and non-technical students

Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Marketing preferred)
• 2+ years of practical digital marketing experience
• Prior freelance / corporate / college training experience is mandatory
