About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing, Web & Design Expert to join our growing Canadian brand group remotely.
You’ll manage WordPress websites, Meta paid ads, SEO, and brand design for multiple brands under one umbrella — working directly with our Canadian headquarters team.

This is a full-time, remote position where you’ll be expected to deliver measurable results, beautiful designs, and strong digital performance across all our brands.

Key Responsibilities1. WordPress Development

• Build and maintain responsive, high-performing WordPress websites.
• Customize premium themes (Sydney, Whisper, Astra, Elementor, etc.).
• Integrate payment gateways, CRM systems, analytics tools, and automation plugins.
• Ensure website speed, mobile responsiveness, SEO compliance, and security.

2. Meta Paid Ads (Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp)

• Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns focused on sales and lead generation.
• Build effective ad funnels — awareness, retargeting, and conversions.
• Analyze data, manage budgets, and improve ROAS and CPA.
• Write compelling ad copy and design visually engaging creatives.

3. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

• Develop and execute SEO strategies for multiple websites and brands.
• Conduct keyword research, technical SEO audits, and backlink campaigns.
• Optimize on-page and off-page SEO for higher Google ranking in Canada.
• Track analytics and generate monthly SEO performance reports.

4. Design & Branding

• Design professional graphics for ads, websites, and social media posts.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity for all brands (Fast Cell Repair, ShieldX, Musk & Co).
• Create product visuals, banners, and campaign materials for digital use.
• Work with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in WordPress, Meta Ads, SEO, and Design.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, RankMath/Yoast.
• Strong creative and design skills with Adobe Suite or Canva/Figma.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work remotely full-time.
