Digital Marketing/Graphic Designer

Green Bee Fundraising helps organizations raise money through creative fundraising programs. We’re looking for a talented and motivated Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time, in-office role where you’ll combine your creativity and marketing skills to produce engaging content that drives awareness and sales.

Responsibilities

• Design, layout, and prepare materials for print, web, and marketing campaigns.
• Create compelling digital designs and manage social media posting.
• Assist with content creation, development, and integration of campaigns.
• Develop eye-catching marketing pieces that strengthen brand identity and generate new fundraising sales.
• Support email marketing campaigns and mass communications.
• Perform general office duties including filing, answering phones, data entry, and other tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience with social media management and email marketing required.
• Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and help where needed.

Education:

• Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Graphic design: 1 year (Preferred)
• Adobe Creative Suite: 1 year (Preferred)
