Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in SEO and general marketing strategies to join our team. This role involves developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing website performance, and enhancing online visibility across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, web analytics tools, and content management systems to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and support overall business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify target keywords for content optimization.
  • Optimize website metadata, HTML tags, and content for SEO best practices.
  • Manage and update content management systems such as WordPress to ensure website freshness and relevance.
  • Utilize SEO tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to monitor performance and identify opportunities.
  • Perform link building activities to enhance domain authority and backlink profile.
  • Analyze web analytics data using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct conversion rate optimization (CRO) by testing landing pages, call-to-actions, and user flows.
  • Manage social media platforms to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with the content team to develop compelling digital content aligned with marketing goals.
  • Support e-commerce initiatives by optimizing product pages and implementing metadata strategies.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, search engines, and SEO tools to continuously improve strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in SEO, SEM, or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with web development principles.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress or other content management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools such as SEMrush or Moz.
  • Expertise in keyword research, metadata optimization, link building, and web analytics.
  • Understanding of social media management platforms and strategies for increasing online engagement.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and strategies for optimizing product listings for search engines.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
