Digital Media Assistant

We’re looking for a sharp, tech-savvy Digital Media Assistant to support our marketing and media activities using AI-powered tools. This is a practical, hands-on role focused on content creation, web support, and digital coordination — ideal for someone who knows their way around Canva, ChatGPT, and no-code platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating visuals, videos, and posts using AI tools like Canva, Lumen5, ChatGPT, etc.
• Manage basic website updates using AI-based builders
• Support SEO and content optimization on both website and social platforms
• Schedule and post across social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook)
• Track engagement performance and prepare weekly reports
• Coordinate with vendors, printers, or freelancers when needed

Requirement:

• Basic graphic design using tools like Canva or Adobe Express
• Familiarity with AI content tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copy.ai, Jasper, etc.)
• Basic website editing (WordPress, Wix, Webflow preferred)
• Working knowledge of SEO (on-page, keywords) and SEC (Social Media SEO)
• Strong grasp of social media platforms, posting tools, and audience insights
• Good sense of layout, formatting, and branding consistency
• Ability to learn and adapt to new digital tools fast
