Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and motivated Digital Media Intern to support our digital marketing and content initiatives. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in digital platforms, content planning, and performance analysis while contributing to brand growth and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing digital media and social media strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Support content creation, editing, scheduling, and publishing across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
• Monitor daily social media activities and assist in managing audience engagement and interactions.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to help improve reach, engagement, and overall campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct research on digital trends, competitors, and platform updates to support strategic planning.
• Assist in executing digital campaigns and supporting content monetization initiatives.
• Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of digital projects.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or currently in progress) in Marketing, Media Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in digital media, social media management, or marketing; fresh graduates with internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and familiarity with social media management tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of digital media KPIs, analytics, performance tracking, and current industry trends.
• Strong communication, creative thinking, and organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated, quick learner, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
