1. Job Summary

The Digital Media Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the company’s digital marketing strategies. This role focuses on online brand building, social media management, content creation, digital advertising, and analytics to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.

Main Focus should be on creating lead.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Identify target audience and create tailored digital campaigns
  • Manage digital marketing calendar and content plan

Social Media Management

  • Create, manage, and grow company profiles across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Plan and schedule content (posts, reels, stories, shorts, blogs)
  • Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the community
  • Monitor trends and create viral-friendly content

Content Creation

  • Coordinate with designers and video editors for creative content
  • Develop engaging captions, scripts, and marketing copy
  • Ensure brand consistency in visuals and messaging

Digital Advertising

  • Manage paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube
  • Track ROI and optimize campaigns for better performance
  • Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation

SEO & Website Management

  • Coordinate with web developers to update website content
  • Work on SEO optimization, keyword research, and analytics
  • Improve website ranking and online visibility

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor performance of all digital channels
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on reach, engagement, and conversions
  • Use insights to improve future campaigns

3. Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media Management
  • Strong knowledge of platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Studio
  • Excellent content-writing and creative thinking skills
  • Understanding of SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Basic graphic designing knowledge (Canva/Photoshop preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
