The Digital Media Manager (Technical / Performance Lead) is responsible for driving all digital performance activities including website optimization, paid media campaigns, SEO, CRM funnels, analytics, and data-driven improvements. This role ensures that all digital channels work together to generate quality leads, conversions, and measurable business growth.

This Lead acts as the bridge between technical operations and strategic digital marketing objectives defined by the HOD. He ensures execution, tracks performance, and manages the technical team’s output.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Performance Strategy

1. Develop and implement digital performance strategies across SEO, paid media, website, and CRM funnels.

2. Optimize digital touchpoints for lead generation, conversions, and audience growth.

3. Review analytics dashboards weekly and propose improvements to HOD.

2. Team Management & Workflow

4. Supervise SEO, Media Buyer, Website Designer, CRM Manager, and Content Writer.

5. Assign tasks, monitor daily progress, ensure deadlines and quality standards.

6. Ensure technical outputs (ads, SEO, website, CRM emails, landing pages, content) meet brand objectives.

3. Paid Media Management

7. Lead media buying across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

8. Conduct A/B testing, track ROAS, CPC, CPL, and optimize campaigns for performance.

9. Analyze audience behavior and refine targeting strategies.

4. SEO & Website Optimization

10. Supervise SEO team for on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

11. Monitor website performance, speed, UI/UX improvements, and landing page optimization.

12. Collaborate with the content writer to ensure SEO-optimized content plans.

5. CRM, Funnel & Lead Management

13. Manage CRM workflows, automation, audience segmentation, and nurturing funnels.

14. Coordinate with Sales team to ensure quality leads and accurate data flow.

15. Improve customer journey, retention, and re-engagement strategies.

6. Content & Messaging Alignment

16. Oversee content writer / scriptwriter to produce SEO content, ad scripts, landing page copy, and email content.

17. Ensure messaging aligns with performance goals and data insights.

7. Reporting & Analytics

18. Prepare monthly performance reports for HOD.

19. Track KPIs across SEO, ads, web performance, CRM, and content.

20. Recommend technical improvements, automation, and new tools.

8. Compliance & Best Practices

21. Ensure all campaigns follow platform policies to avoid bans or disapprovals.

22. Stay updated on new trends, algorithms, digital tools, and industry benchmarks.

Hiring Criteria — Qualification & Skills

1) Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, IT, Digital Media, or related field. And 4 to 6 years’ experience in digital performance (SEO, Ads, Website, CRM). (Real Estate experience strongly preferred).

2) Strong command of Meta & Google Ads, CRM systems, analytics tools.

3) Excellent team management & communication skills.

4) Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

5) Ability to manage multiple digital channels simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
