Job Title: Digital Media Manager

Department: Media & Marketing

Location: Surat, India

Reports To: CMC / MOM

Position Overview:

The Digital Media Manager will lead the strategic direction, execution, and performance of Hari Krishna Exports Pvt. Ltd.’s digital ecosystem across all platforms. This role combines brand storytelling, digital marketing, and analytics to communicate the company’s legacy, craftsmanship, and ESG-driven values to a global audience.

The position involves managing end-to-end digital communication, including social media management, trade show promotions, employee engagement, content strategy, lead generation, and brand campaigns, while ensuring consistency and creativity across every visual and written touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital & Social Media Strategy

  • Develop and implement an integrated digital media strategy aligned with the brand’s identity, global marketing goals, and sustainability vision.
  • Plan monthly and quarterly calendars for social media and digital promotions.
  • Strengthen brand presence across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and others.

2. Content & Campaign Leadership

  • Lead the conceptualization and rollout of creative campaigns for product promotions, trade shows, ESG initiatives, and employee engagement.
  • Guide the content, creative, and editing teams to deliver visually consistent, engaging, and data-driven communication.
  • Oversee the design, messaging, and tone of digital materials such as posts, videos, and blogs.

3. Trade Show & Global Promotions

  • Plan and manage end-to-end digital promotions for international trade shows from pre-event buzz to live coverage and post-event highlights.
  • Collaborate with global industry influencers and digital partners to amplify brand presence and promotions.
  • Coordinate closely with internal and external teams to ensure timely campaign rollouts and unified messaging.

4. Analytics, Performance & KPI Management

  • Track and analyze engagement, reach, leads, and campaign ROI using analytical tools.
  • Define, review, and present key KPIs such as engagement growth, conversion metrics, and campaign performance.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly insights for strategic improvements.

5. Collaboration & Leadership

  • Lead coordination across creative, media, and marketing teams for unified brand execution.
  • Guide team members on visual direction, storytelling techniques, and communication tone.
  • Partner with industry influencers, digital creators, and professional networks to enhance brand visibility globally.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Digital Media.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in digital marketing, brand communication, or social media strategy for corporate or luxury brands (preferably diamonds, jewelry, or lifestyle).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and digital ad tools.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, SEO, and lead-generation strategies.
  • Experience with performance reporting, creative briefing, and digital campaign optimization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
