Strategy
- Drive the transformation of company from a one way, product focus marketing approach to a people centric, journey focus model targeting to deliver personalized experiences
- Design & implement online and offline strategy in coordination with Brand Growth Plans
Day To Day
- Work with the brand team to develop and implement overall annual brand media strategy
- Plan, buy and track all offline media, primarily traditional TV
- Manage monthly digital and media plans with flawless execution
- Continuously improve owned assets' performance through SEO
- Implement holistic search strategy covering both organic and paid
- Leverage earned media through influencers strategies
- Develop and execute 1P Data and CRM roadmap and manage related workflows
- Working with the agency team on competitive reporting and any other required analysis
- Support contractual discussions with key media vendors and trading commitments together with agency
- Track spending vs plan periodically and provide budget inputs to finance teams for P&L planning
- Esnure all media financials tracking is in place
Synergy with eCom and Retail Media
- Work closely with eCommerce team to build integrated plans resulting in connected digital journeys
- Support eCommerce team on achieving annual objectives when needed
- Collaborate with Retail Media manager to drive sales growth
Relationship and knowledge building
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders inside the Company, digital ecosystem and media partners
- Manage media agency relationships, be the single point of contact for the brand team
- Esnure constant flow of information across forums to all stakeholders
- Help and advise the wider team on best practices, innovation and work processes
- Serve as local expert about the latest digital opportunity and trends in consumer interaction & new touchpoints and inspire the teams with those possibilities
- Provide local consultation to brand marketing team (ie: creative translations, influencer selection...etc)
