Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the Intitute’s vision and goals.
- Manage all official social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Create and oversee engaging content — posts, videos, reels, stories, and ad campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design and video editing team to ensure consistent and high-quality visuals.
- Plan monthly content calendars and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor analytics and insights to track performance and improve engagement.
- Handle paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) for lead generation and admissions.
- Manage online reputation and respond to queries, comments, and messages professionally.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
- Coordinate with Branches to gather activities, pictures, and updates for social media posting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, social media analytics, and ad management.
- Creative thinking and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
