Job Title: Digital Media Marketing Manager

Location: Gulshan e Iqbal, Karachi

Employment Type: Full-time, Office Based, Monday to Saturday | 11 am to 8 pm

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, website traffic, and lead generation.
• Social Media Marketing: Plan and manage ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok and other platforms. Oversee social media strategy, content calendar, and creative direction.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Lead SEO and content marketing efforts to improve online ranking and audience engagement.
• Google PPC Ads: Manage Google Search, App Install, Display, YouTube Ads using advance techniques to minimize the cost and increase signups.
• Email Marketing: Run and manage campaigns and CRM automation to nurture leads.
• Influencer Outreach: Identity and communicate influencers and manage campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPL, conversions).
• Coordinate with design, content, and tech teams to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT or related field with overall first division throughout the career. Must have completed degree program.
• 7–8 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in service-based or matchmaking industries.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Analytics.
• Excellent command of copywriting, campaign optimization, and audience segmentation.
• Experience in managing marketing budgets and achieving measurable ROI.
• Leadership and project management skills to manage a small marketing team.
• Creative mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
