We are an award-winning branding and marketing agency looking for a full-time Digital Media & Marketing Manager to help lead and execute digital strategy for our clients across paid media, organic digital, websites, landing pages, analytics and emerging marketing technologies.
This will be a hybrid position with 98% of work completed from home with the potential for an occasional in-person meeting. The candidate must be located in San Antonio or the surrounding area or in the Sacramento, CA region.
We are looking for someone who can build smart digital plans, manage campaigns hands-on, analyze performance, guide website and landing page strategy, and clearly explain what clients should do next — and why.

This role has the potential to grow into a full-time Director of Digital Media & Marketing position as this person proves their ability to lead strategy, deliver results, guide team members and strengthen our digital marketing capabilities.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
· Develop digital marketing strategies that align with client goals, audiences, budgets and KPIs.
· Plan, launch, manage, optimize and report on paid media campaigns across platforms.
· Lead website and landing page strategy, working closely with our developer, website designers, creative director and account team.
· Guide SEO, content and organic digital recommendations.
· Analyze campaign and website performance.
· Turn data into clear insights, strong recommendations and decisive next steps that improve client performance.
· Recognize when current strategies are underperforming and proactively recommend meaningful changes, new approaches or budget shifts.
· Lead clients and internal teams with thoughtful, evidence-based recommendations rather than simply reacting to requests.
· Collaborate with account managers, creative, content, media and web team members to ensure digital efforts are strategic, measurable and aligned.
· Stay ahead of platform changes, digital trends, AI tools, privacy shifts, search evolution and emerging technologies.
· Help us identify smart ways to integrate AI into our marketing services, client recommendations and internal processes.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate has approximately 5–8+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in an agency or multi-client environment.
You should bring:
· Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
· Strong understanding of paid media, SEO, organic social, content marketing, email, website strategy, landing pages and conversion paths.
· Experience developing digital strategies and confidently presenting recommendations to clients or stakeholders with clear rationale and next steps.
· Strong reporting and analytics skills, with the ability to explain what happened, why it happened, what needs to change and what should happen next.
· Comfort making informed decisions in fast-moving environments where agility and timely action matter.
· Ability to balance process and organization with flexibility, sound judgment and responsiveness when priorities shift.
· Comfort collaborating with creative teams to improve campaign assets, website experiences, landing pages and social content.
· Familiarity and experience using tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, PMax, BASIS, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, LinkedIn, YouTube, Nextdoor, Snapchat, X, TikTok, High Level, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, Sprout Social, Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar platforms.
· Active interest in AI and demonstrated use of AI tools to improve marketing strategy, execution, reporting, research or efficiency.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· A self-starter mindset, strong attention to detail and willingness to get in the weeds to achieve client goals.
