THE IMPACT YOU HAVE
The Manager, Assets and Post-Production is responsible for leading a team that manages the processing, retouching, editing, organization, and distribution of photography and video assets across the organization. This role ensures that all assets are accurately processed, properly archived, and easily accessible to cross-functional teams including Print, Digital, Social, Stores, and E-commerce/PDP.
This role combines people leadership, technical expertise, and operational excellence to support a high-volume content production environment. The Manager, Assets and Post-Production will oversee day-to-day asset workflows while continuously improving processes that support efficient asset delivery at scale.
This individual will also play a critical role in the evaluation, onboarding, and implementation of a future Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, partnering cross-functionally to build scalable asset management solutions that support the evolving needs of the business.
YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOAL BY:
- Lead and manage a team that handles asset management, post-production and retouching, providing coaching, development, and performance management.

Hire and manage relationships with external post-production venders to uphold our brand standards and execute within budget.

Oversee the end-to-end asset lifecycle including image processing, retouching coordination, file management, metadata tagging, archiving, and distribution across teams.

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of photography and video assets to cross-functional partners across Print, Digital, Social, Stores, and E-commerce/PDP.

Establish and maintain clear asset management processes, standards, and governance to support high-volume content production.

Partner with Studio Production, Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure asset workflows support production timelines and campaign launches.

Act as the subject matter expert for digital asset management, including file formats, color workflows, naming conventions, metadata standards, and storage systems.

Play a key role in the evaluation, implementation, and onboarding of a future DAM platform, helping define requirements, workflows, and adoption across the organization.

Maintain strong organization and structure across large volumes of assets to ensure searchability, accessibility, and long-term asset integrity.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automate processes, and scale asset management workflows and partner with each channel to evaluate current processes for improvement.

Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders to ensure alignment across teams in a fast-paced studio environment.

THE ESSENTIALS OF SUCCESS

8+ years of experience managing teams in digital asset management and post-production within a studio environment.

People management experience with demonstrated ability to lead and develop team members.

Strong understanding of digital imaging workflows, including file processing, retouching pipelines, and color management.

Hands-on experience working within Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.

Preferred experience onboarding a new DAM platform from start to finish.

Experience managing high volumes of photography and video assets in a fast-paced studio or production environment.

Strong technical fluency with image processing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Capture One, Adobe Creative Cloud).

Highly process-driven with a strong organizational and operational mindset.

Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Ability to balance hands-on technical work with leadership and strategic process improvement.

Experience supporting large content ecosystems across multiple channels (digital, social, e-commerce, print, store) preferred.

: The pay range for this position is $88,200.00 - $120,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
