Job brief:

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Media Marketing Specialist to build our brand presence, generate qualified leads, and strengthen our position as a trusted recruitment partner in the market.
This role requires someone who understands B2B marketing, recruitment industry dynamics, and the psychology of hiring decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Creation

  • Develop content calendars focused on HR, hiring trends, recruitment solutions, and talent insights.
  • Create compelling content for LinkedIn, email newsletters, website blogs, and company pages.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to convert candidate success stories and client wins into marketing assets.

2. Social Media Management (Primarily LinkedIn)

  • Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence.
  • Create engaging posts, graphics, carousels, short videos, and ads.
  • Increase visibility among HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, Department Leads, and business owners.

3. Lead Generation Campaigns

  • Run targeted campaigns to attract companies with hiring needs.
  • Plan and execute paid ads (LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads).
  • Build funnels to capture inbound leads for B2B recruitment services.
  • Track performance and optimize conversion rates.

4. Email & CRM Marketing

  • Create nurture email sequences for prospects and cold leads.
  • Build drip campaigns through HubSpot / Zoho / Mailchimp.
  • Maintain healthy databases with segmented audience lists.

5. Website Management

  • Coordinate updates for job pages, blogs, landing pages, and case studies.
  • Improve SEO to attract more clients searching for recruiters in the GCC.

6. Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor KPIs: engagement, impressions, lead volume, website traffic, cost per lead, ROI.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Optimize campaigns based on data insights.

Skills & Qualifications

Must Have

  • 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or service-based industries.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and content optimization.
  • Experience with paid ads (LinkedIn, Meta, Google).
  • Ability to create high-quality content (copywriting + basic design).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho or any similar experience).
  • Good understanding of recruitment or HR industry (preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics dashboards.

Nice to Have

  • Video editing / Canva / basic graphic design skills.
  • SEO knowledge and experience with keyword research.
  • Experience working with recruitment firms, staffing agencies, or HR tech platforms.
  • Ability to create landing pages that convert.
