Job Description & Responsibilities

• Leading, training and managing other members of the team and dealing with any issues that may rise,
• Managing and implementing annual strategies and following up the development of annual growth strategies,
• Overviewing media performance planning, optimization, reporting and invoices processes,
• Constantly seeking new trends, new media usages that can make a difference in brand strategies,
• Championing the customer/client at all levels internally and training Account Managers to efficiently represent the customer,
• Achieving KPI sets and goals while motivating account executives to do the same,
• Giving presentations to high-level executives,
• Managing employer’s client relationships and providing clients with excellent service and support,
• Having an analytical mindset and highly familiar with digital performance measurement tools.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields,
• At least 7 years of experience in digital marketing,
• Knowledge of digital marketing and performance management,
• Advanced knowledge MS Office Programs,
• Excellent command of verbal and written English,
• Client management experience, displaying a solution driven approach,
• Excellent communication skills; specifically how to distil issues, manage client expectations and communicate in a timely manner,
• Successful at collaborating and leading a team.
