Key Responsibilities
Digital Media & Marketing Management:

Plan, schedule, and manage content across social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok).

Support digital campaigns that promote both organizational branding and paid advertiser visibility.

Oversee website content, blog updates, and SEO to maximize audience reach and engagement.
-
Analyze campaign data to measure impressions, engagement, and ROI, providing reports to internal teams and stakeholders.

Develop and execute social media strategies to assist with Talent Acquisition, marketing campaigns, targeted sales, and promotions.
-
Monitor and manage social media channels, respond to inquiries, and foster meaningful interactions within the community.
- Research and pitch creative campaign ideas to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Ability to create custom blog content, manage website blogs (i.e. VillageED), and ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
- Ability to convert documentation into simplified blog content for a broad audience.
- Managing all websites and digital products across the organization.
SEO(Search Engine Optimization):

Build and manage paid search (PPC: Pay-Per-Click) and social campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

Conduct keywords, audience, and competitor research to optimize content and ad performance.
- Implement strategies to improve website traffic and engagement through SEO and content marketing.
- Analyze performance metrics (ROI, KPI, engagement rates) and adjust strategies for continuous improvement. Implement organic growth strategies (e.g., improving existing services/processes).
- Manage social media spending with proposed departmental budget, providing detailed performance/engagement reports and analytics to stakeholders and management.
- Demonstrate the ability to develop and implement effective organic social media strategies to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
Ad Sales & Business Development:

Identify and prospect potential advertisers, sponsors, and partners for digital media placements (social, display, website banners, email newsletters, and sponsored content).

Create tailored advertising packages and proposals that align with client objectives and marketing strategies, subject to supervisor approval.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up, account management, and campaign support.

Collaborate with leadership and the marketing team to price ad space, manage inventory, and develop revenue forecasts.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
-
Research market trends and competitor offerings to refine pricing and positioning.
-
Collaborate with internal departments to align brand messaging, campaign tone, and client expectations.
-
Actively seek ways to monetize all digital properties including but not limited to websites, blogs, newsletters, NFTs and such.
- Track advertising revenue, prepare sales reports, and present quarterly performance summaries.
Other Duties & Responsibilities:

Design eye-catching visuals for social media, organization website content, and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
- Create and edit videos and podcasts to support content marketing efforts.
- Work alongside our Leadership and Executive team to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.

Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns.

Exhibit special expertise in promoting organic campaigns.

Meet or exceed all KPIs monthly and quarterly and yearly as given.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, platform changes, and emerging technologies.
- Other related duties may be required.
Requirements:
Education & Experience

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in (Digital) Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.

Previous experience in high-growth, data-driven industries is a plus.
Technical Skills:

Basic understanding of social media platforms, paid advertising, and performance marketing.

Experience with SEO strategies, content marketing, and website analytics.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and video editing software is a plus.
- Familiarity with WordPress and content management systems.
