BNP Media is accelerating its digital-first transformation and needs high-energy sellers (this position is a SALES position) who can guide marketing partners through the entire buyer’s journey. In this role you’ll design and close full-funnel, multi-brand programs that may include interactive web experiences, custom research projects, search-engine marketing (SEM/SEO), sponsored content, webinars, display, email nurture, event sponsorship and more. You’ll own the relationship at every stage—from prospecting to renewal—while teaming with editors, strategists, and production experts to keep campaigns on plan and on budget.

Key Responsibilities (Outline Format)

  • Full-Funnel Solutions
  • Lead discovery calls to understand the goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget, authority, consequences and implications of our customers to build marketing solutions that leverage our vast reach, deep service offering and engaged communities.
  • Build custom-tailored solutions that engage prospects from awareness through retention, maximizing lifetime value, including detailed marketing strategies, research studies, interactive websites, SEM/SEO, account-based marketing, sponsored webinars, lead-nurture workflows, digital/display advertising, sponsored content and more.
  • Prospecting & Pipeline
  • Continuously hunt for new business across BNP’s vertical brands and communities.
  • Record all activities, contacts, and deal stages in our CRM.
  • Generate proposals and contracts (through our proposal building tool, PandaDoc).
  • Relationship Growth
  • Act as a long-term marketing partner, not a one-time seller.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, present optimization ideas, and expand spend where ROI is proven.
  • Deliver an amazing experience with our customers to maintain trust and grow their industry alongside them.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with editors, event teams, web developers, data analysts, and marketing ops to deliver seamless campaigns.
  • Share market feedback internally to refine products and audience-data offerings.
  • Continuous Learning & Enablement
  • Stay current on emerging media—ABM platforms, intent data, AI personalization, programmatic, MarTech integrations.
  • Collaborate on best practices with clients and internal teams to keep BNP at the forefront of digital innovation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of B2B media, MarTech, or digital advertising sales with a history of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Fluency in modern digital tactics—including SEM/SEO, interactive web builds, custom research, display, content marketing, webinars, and email automation—and ability to explain ROI metrics.
  • Proven hunter who wins net-new deals and nurtures them into multi-year partnerships.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and working knowledge of PandaDoc (or equivalent proposal software).
  • Excellent discovery, storytelling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows, client on-sites, and internal meetings.[BL1] [JB2]

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in one or more BNP verticals (construction, HVAC/R, food & beverage, manufacturing, mechanical systems, security).
  • Working knowledge of account-based marketing and marketing automation platforms.
  • Data-driven marketing best practices – how to read campaign data and demonstrate successes and room for improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
