Position: Digital Media Specialist

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday - Friday (Flexible hours)

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

The Digital Media Specialist role is responsible for creating and managing digital-related projects for Lee’s Sandwiches. A qualified candidate has previous experience recognizing and defining brand identity. They are capable of maintaining web-related media and update existing resources as needed. They have a strong background in the full-cycle process of engaging consumers through multiple online platforms.

Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

Creative Content

• Still frame photography
• Editing film
• Ad creation for digital release
• Seasonal content
• Event/procedural filming

Social Media (Daily)

• Create, edit, and publish content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections
• Graphic design
• Franchise social media auditing

Public Relations

• Collaborate with other departments to manage company brand and reputation
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in a related field
• 1 year experience in Marketing or Communication field
• Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
• Excellent writing and editing (photo/video/text)
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics knowledge
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
• Fluency in English; Vietnamese is a plus
