Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Media Expert to lead and optimize PolitEnt Media’s online presence across YouTube, social media, and web platforms. The ideal candidate should possess a mix of creative, analytical, and technical expertise—capable of driving growth, engagement, and monetization across digital properties.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content & Platform Strategy

  • Develop and execute platform-specific strategies for YouTube, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, and the PolitEnt websites.
  • Identify trending topics, keywords, and content opportunities aligned with PolitEnt’s editorial and audience goals.
  • Manage multi-channel publishing calendars and ensure consistent tone, branding, and storytelling.

2. Digital Campaign Management

  • Plan and run paid and organic digital marketing campaigns for news shows, OTT content, and brand collaborations.
  • Optimize ad performance, audience targeting, and ROI through Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube promotions.

3. Analytics & Growth

  • Track KPIs: impressions, CTR, watch time, engagement rate, and audience retention.
  • Analyze performance reports and recommend strategies for content optimization and subscriber growth.
  • Use tools like YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, TubeBuddy, and Meta Insights to measure success.

4. SEO & Discoverability

  • Implement SEO best practices for YouTube descriptions, thumbnails, and metadata.
  • Optimize PolitEnt’s web content (WordPress/CMS) for higher ranking and discoverability.

5. Collaboration & Production Support

  • Coordinate with editorial, video, and design teams to ensure cohesive digital execution.
  • Assist in scripting and content ideation for short-form and long-form video formats.
  • Collaborate with influencers, anchors, and external partners to enhance reach.

6. Innovation & Technology

  • Stay updated with evolving algorithms, AI tools, and platform trends.
  • Suggest automation and analytics solutions for editorial workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
  • 3–6 years of experience managing digital media platforms for a media house, agency, or content network.
  • Proven track record of YouTube channel growth, SEO execution, and social media campaign success.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Analytics, Canva/Photoshop, and social video tools.
  • Excellent command of English (Telugu knowledge is a plus).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with multi-channel brand management (politics, cinema, lifestyle, news).
  • Understanding of content monetization, AdSense, and affiliate revenue models.
  • Ability to generate content briefs and collaborate with editorial teams.
  • Familiarity with data dashboards, performance sheets, or Google Data Studio.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
